Feed join ScotGov short life working group

Following discussions at the round table on infant food insecurity in February 2023 and the follow-up workshop in June 2023, the Scottish Government formed a short life working group to develop emergency integrated pathways for Scottish families with infants who are facing food insecurity. The toolkit forms a guide for local areas.

Our Co-Founders, Erin and Rosie, participated in the group sessions between summer 2023 and early 2024, working with colleagues across the government, health and third sectors including IFAN, Edinburgh Community Food, the NHS and Local Authorities to develop the Toolkit, which was published in February 2024. Erin and Rosie continue to work with the group to review the implementation and impact of the proposals.
