June 6th is Infant Feeding Day - every single year!
Established in 2019, and officially registered with Days of the Year, Infant Feeding Day is a time for us all to come together and celebrate all the ways we feed our beloved babies.
We were delighted to celebrate Infant Feeding Day 2024 with the launch of our bold new approach to infant feeding support, Flexible Feeding.
At Feed, we were fed up (pun intended!) of women being put into boxes depending on how they feed their babies, when the reality is that most of us feed our babies in various ways throughout their infancy.
So, when women and their families come to the Feed website for advice and guidance, they won't have to select a feeding method and be directed to a specific set of resources, our new Flexible Feeding page will be the landing site for everyone, bottles boobs or tubes! No more pigeonholes!
Flexible feeding is about finding what works for you. Allowing Mums to just go with the flow. It’s what we all do; we trial, we change, we adapt, we flex.
